The precinct team is the neighborhood face of the Democratic Party.  Active precinct team members typically knock on doors, take part in voter registration, host meet and greets and participate in get out the vote efforts as well as candidate support.

You can attend meetings where political goals and plans to achieve said goals are formulated and implemented. There are also volunteer opportunities for people interested in working with data. The possibility exists to represent your precinct in the countywide DEC (Democratic Executive Committee) and there is a need for new precinct captains.
